When you submit an appointment request we store the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, details about your motorcycle, and the content of your message, requested visit date and time, and submission timestamp. The separate demonstration enquiry forms do not send or store data.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to respond to your request: arranging a booking, answering an enquiry, or organising a viewing. This concept website's data handling and retention arrangements should be reviewed by the business before public customer use.
Where it's stored
Appointment requests are stored in Lovable Cloud. They are not publicly readable and can be reviewed by authorised project members. There is no customer account or back-office dashboard on this website.
How long we keep it
No automatic deletion schedule is configured for this demonstration. The business must agree a retention policy before using it for live customer appointments.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To do so, call 07401 442935 or write to us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
